A football coaching business was running clinic bookings and payments by hand. Now parents book and pay online through Stripe, and the coach runs everything from an admin platform: clinics, dates and pricing, every booking and payment tracked, discount codes, exportable attendee lists, and customer records with each child grouped under their parent. Confirmation emails send themselves. Live, and taking real payments.
Weekly contractor invoicing reduced to a single tap. A scheduled worker drafts the invoice, sends it to Telegram for confirmation, then renders a PDF and emails the client. Designed from an audit of two years of real invoices, so the errors that audit found are structurally impossible in the new system. 77 tests.
A dark, cinematic player CV built to put in front of clubs and agents. Highlights, season stats and match history, designed to be read in thirty seconds by someone who sees a hundred of these.
Site for a Sydney garden and property maintenance business, built to turn local searches into quote requests. Click to call sits alongside every enquiry form, because most of their customers would rather ring than type.
Business site for a kids’ speed and sprint coaching operation. Designed, built and deployed end to end, ready to go live on the client’s timeline.
